What's Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process that empowers individuals to identify and achieve their goals. It involves a partnership between a coach and a client, where the coach provides support, accountability, and tools to help the client unlock their potential and overcome obstacles.
Unlike therapy, coaching is not focused on healing past traumas or treating mental health issues, but on creating actionable strategies for future success.
Coaches don't give direct advice or solve problems for their clients; instead, they ask powerful questions and use various techniques to help clients discover their own solutions. Coaching is not mentoring or consulting, as it assumes the client is creative, resourceful, and the expert in their own life and work.

How do coaching and therapy differ?Coaching and therapy serve different, though complementary, purposes. Therapy is focused on healing past traumas, managing mental health conditions, and providing clinical treatment. In contrast, coaching is a collaborative process that empowers individuals to identify and achieve their goals in the present and future. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental illness, but support clients in developing actionable strategies, accountability, and the confidence to reach their full potential.

How many sessions do I need to see results? The number of coaching sessions required can vary greatly depending on the client's specific goals, the complexity of their challenges, and their commitment to the coaching process. Many clients see meaningful progress within 6-12 sessions, but the duration of our work together will be tailored to your individual needs. We'll regularly assess your progress and adjust the plan as necessary to ensure you're achieving the results you desire.
