Welcome to Power Forward LLC! By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Services

Power Forward LLC provides life coaching services. All services are intended for personal development and are not a substitute for professional mental health care.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Booking and Cancellation

  • Appointments

    • All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.

    • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations and Changes

    • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

    • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.

    • The $50 fee also applies to no-shows or missed appointments.

  • Refunds

    • Full refunds are provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Late Arrivals

    • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of when the client arrives.

    • Full payment is required for the entire package.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Power Forward LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Power Forward LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Hudson County, New Jersey.
